    Of course, I'm terrible at this game so it's possible my opinions are all wrong.Here is, One by Wacom CTL-471 Driver Installation Procedure (Manual Methods): (The G640 also has a problem with the cursor skipping pixels when you try to use a smaller tablet area, but the relevance of that depends on your preferred area.) (I think this is the case because of these two posts below, even though I can't find any posts regarding hardware latency being specifically tested on the 640:) If it is being smoothed, the G640 would also be adding latency, equal to however many hardware polls are being averaged for the smoothing, to its position updates before the USB packets ever get sent over the wire. The G640 is sending out packets at ~250hz, but the position data is either being smoothed or the hardware is less capable of tracking a quickly moving pen than the wacoms, which makes the cursor position more stable but less physically accurate. If I'm understanding this correctly, it looks like the Xp-Pens are performing smoothing at the hardware level before sending any position information out over USB.
